9) Call Screening - Instead of your secretary screening your calls let virtual PBX do it for you. When you receive an incoming call the caller will be asked to identify themselves. You will immediately get a call from the automated Call Screening service repeating the recorded identification of the caller. It is now your choice to take the call or send them to your voice mail.
